The Low-Pressure Shelter 4, or LPS 4, is a military tent designed for use in extreme environments. It was developed in the 1980s by the United States Army Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center (NSRDEC) as a replacement for the aging Shelter Half system. The LPS 4 utilizes a unique low-pressure air beam structure to support the tent, making it easy to set up and highly resistant to wind and snow. Instructions

1. Inflate the Shelter using the included pump. The Shelter is designed to be used with low pressure, so take care not to over-inflate it.
2. Once the Shelter is inflated, secure it to the ground using the included stakes or sandbags. This will prevent it from blowing away in the wind.
3. When you’re finished using the Shelter, turn off the motor or fan and deflate the decoy using the pump. Fold it up and store it in the included carrying bag for future use.
